The packaging used by us for transport (including corrugated cardboard boxes, paper bags and bubble wrap) can be returned to our warehouse at Taevavärava tee 6b, Lehmja küla, Rae vald 75306, where they will be checked and sent to a new round if suitable 🙂 

Our warehouse is open on weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We use the Montonio payment brokerage service, which makes the payment experience as smooth and easy as possible.

In our product selection, you can find products whose "best before" is approaching or has already passed, and products whose minimum shelf life is not approaching for a long time. It is important to know that for products that can be stored at room temperature, the "best before" is simply a manufacturer's recommendation.

The food is perfectly edible and usually tastes just as good long after the "best before" date. Many people confuse "best before" with "use by". We hope that more consumers will understand the differences between labels in order to reduce food waste.

Best before: is the manufacturer's recommendation and indicates how long the product will keep exactly the same taste and quality as when it was made. However, in most cases, the quality of the product is maintained for years after the expiration date. Use by date: As the name suggests, this is the date on which the product is best used by the manufacturer and cannot be sold or eaten after this date. The label is used on perishable foods, such as dairy and meat products. Sumena does not sell "use by" products.

After placing the order, the goods will reach you within 1-3 working days (2-5 working days in Finland). In exceptional cases, it may take up to 5 working days (7 working days in Finland).

Unfortunately not. In order for you to receive your package as soon as possible, we process it immediately after confirmation.

Orders can be picked up on weekdays (Mon-Fri) from 9 am to 5 pm. Taevavärava tee 6b, Rae vald, Harjumaa 75306, box number 4. NB! Please wait for the confirmation e-mail and SMS that the order has been completed.
